Sunday Post #22 & Stacking the Shelves #61

Sunday Post

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted @Caffeinated Book Reviewer. It's a chance to share news ~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received. Share news about what is coming up on your blog for the week ahead.

I didn't have a lot of time to post last week and this week. Last week I had two friends over for a visit for four days. They left on Sunday and on Monday I left for Scotland for four days. It was so amazing. I stayed in Edinburgh most of the time but I also went on a day trip to Loch Ness and the Highlands. I cannot describe how pretty it all was and I had a great time. If you ever have to chance to go to Scotland you really should! But that's why there were almost no post last week and this week. Everything should go back to normal now though.

Last week on the blog:

  • Thursday: Review: The Ruby Airship (The Diamond Thief #2) by Sharon Gosling
  • Friday: Review: Easy (Contours of the Heart #1) by Tammara Webber

  2. I think it's a good thing when life gets in the way of blogging. (Better than the other way around - certainly!)

I've never been to Scotland but I'd love to go at some point (and to England!).

I'm from Australia, so everything's pretty far away! ;-)

    1. I'm living in London at the moment so I thought that I should grab this opportunity to explore more of the UK. I hope you ever have the chance to visit it because it's really beautiful. One day I want to go to Australia, it seems so beautiful on tv :D

  5. Oh, I'd love to visit Scotland someday. I have a friend there now and it makes me so jelly. :P
I'm not familiar with The Diamond Thief series, but I'll have to look into the fist book because the second one's cover has me intrigued.
